Laura Ryan is a qualified Social Care Worker from Ireland with over a decade of experience working with neurodiverse young adults in residential settings. Her extensive background in fostering independence, promoting personal growth, and supporting life skills development makes her an invaluable leader at Independence House Academy. Laura will oversee IHA’s programs to ensure they are aligned with our mission and meet the highest standards of care and support. She is deeply committed to creating an environment where every individual feels empowered, valued, and capable of achieving their goals.
